Oct 14, 2019 I had a 75 year old crusher from my father, which worked fine but it did not destem the grapes and took 7 to 8 hours to crush 3,000 pounds of grapes. The new Italian Crusher and destemmer, crushed and destemmed 3,000 pound in 3 hours and had about 100 pounds of stems, with absolutely no stems in the fermenting barrels.

Mar 25, 2018 The crusher destemmer performed very well. I am very happy with the purchase. The length of the electrical cord is a bit short, and would have liked one a bit longer. The placement of the switch also is undesirable. Cleaning the crusher destemmer worked well. I use a hose. Storage preparation should be emphasized .
